Overview

Welcome to Woven Tails. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Woven Tails. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Woven Tails is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, using or making a purchase through the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently sell and ship only to addresses in the United States.

2. Personalized products

Our blankets and storybooks are made to order from the photo, names and other details you provide. The artwork is AI-assisted illustration, checked by hand, and you approve it before production. Woven blankets show the portrait in a simplified, textured form, and colors on screen can differ slightly from woven or printed colors. Product photos on our website are illustrations of the finished items.

If you do not reply to approve or change your artwork proof within 14 days, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

3. Your content

When you send us a photo, text or other material ("Your Content"), you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You give us a limited permission to use Your Content only to make, ship and support your order. We will not use your photos in advertising without your written permission.

We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if Your Content is offensive or illegal, or uses logos, celebrities, copyrighted characters or other material we believe we cannot reproduce.

4. Our content

The website, its text, graphics, 3D previews, videos and logos belong to Woven Tails or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. The artwork we create for your order is for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, products or promotions at any time, but a price change never affects an order you have already placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information.

6. Orders, shipping, cancellations and refunds

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping Policy. You can cancel for a full refund until you approve your artwork proof. Because every item is personalized, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, but we replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from the approved design. 7. Discount codes

Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless we say so, may be limited to one use per customer, and may be withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.

8. Third-party services

We use third parties to run the Services, including Shopify (store platform), our payment providers, and our print partner Printify (production and shipping). Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Services.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Services for anything unlawful; to infringe anyone's rights; to upload viruses or harmful code; to collect other people's personal information; to interfere with the security or operation of the Services; or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

10. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these Terms and our Refund Policy, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woven Tails will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Woven Tails harmless from claims arising from Your Content or from your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your place of residence give you rights that cannot be waived. Before starting any formal dispute, please email us so we can try to resolve it.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.
