Shipping policy
Where we ship We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where our carriers allow.
Shipping cost Free standard shipping on every US order.
How long it takes
- Art proof: we email it within 24 hours of your order. Reply to approve it or to ask for changes.
- Production: 1–3 business days after you approve. Every piece is made to order in the USA by our print partner.
- Delivery: usually 2–5 business days after production.
Gift sets ship together when possible. Occasionally the blanket and the book arrive in two packages.
Christmas deadline Order by December 10 and approve your proof within 24 hours to get it by December 25. We ship later orders as fast as we can, but we can't guarantee delivery by Christmas.
Tracking We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, email .
Lost or stolen packages If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with your neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. If a package is lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering. We can't change the address once the order has shipped.
