Refund policy

Personalized items Every Woven Tails blanket and storybook is made to order from your pet's photo. That's why we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If something's wrong, we fix it If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or is different from the design you approved, email hello@woventails.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back.

Cancellations You can cancel for a full refund until you approve your artwork proof. After approval, your item goes into production and can't be cancelled.

Refund timing Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
