What photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit photo of your pet's face with the eyes visible. Phone photos work well. Send 2–3 if you can.
Will it look exactly like my photo?
It's an illustration of your pet, not a photo. We keep their real markings, colors and expression in a bold style that weaves well, and you approve it before anything is made.
Is the art made with AI?
Yes. We use AI-assisted illustration, then check every image by hand against your photo and fix anything that's off.
Can you add my pet's name?
Yes. Add it in the order note and we'll place it under the portrait.
What if I don't like it?
You get up to 2 free art changes before production. If the finished blanket arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved art, we replace it free.
Can I return it?
Because it's made just for you, we can't take change-of-mind returns. Anything wrong with it gets a free replacement or a refund.
